The Business Brokerage Process:

      1. Prepare business listings to go to market. Review financial statements, create confidential business summaries which are designed to acquaint a perspective purchaser with preliminary information regarding client company for sale.
      2. Search for potential buyers and educate them on clients company and selling process.
      3. Navigating the sale by bringing buyers and sellers together and encouraging parties to make and consider offers, reviewing details of the sale and sign purchase and sales agreements.
      4. Remove Contingencies.
      5. Close the sale.
